
I bought this car from my friend Eli Caul (creator of The Fiat Page) in September 1999. He had too many 131s, Vespas, etc. to deal with so he sold it to me, knowing I was a dedicated 128 nut who would take good care of the car. The interior isn't perfect, nor is the paint, but it came with plenty of goodies to make the deal worthwhile (never mind the fact that 128s are getting so hard to find!) such as the Abarth steering wheel, new Supersprint muffler (not even installed), and rear disc brake conversion. I had to remove the rear discs to be eligible for SCCA Street Prepared autocross (they're now on Scott Phelps' Prepared autocross Yugo).
