I brought the car from a Fiat enthusiast in west Queensland, It was fitted
with a roll cage, spotlights, boot wing. He also has an Old Fiat GP Car
from the 1900 looks like a bath tub on wheels running unrestored way cool.
The 128 was made up to look like a rally car, but running gear is standard. All show and no go. Stickers on the side say Commorative Felice Nazarro Special - had dates as well.
The climate out there was kind to her and she is pretty rust free, the worst rust is in the radiator support panel, I was able to buy a new old stock one for $30.0. I will give her a new coat of paint at the same time refit the roll cage and maybe get a few more horse power out of the old girl. The gearbox is a bit crunchy. She still has the Coupe Luso sticker on the tappet cover.
She is in daily use, to work and back, and I go through $20.00 fuel a week :)
