    This car was a recovered theft. I bought it from a guy who bought it at an insurance auction. It was very beat up. The Cabrio had some serious damage to both rear fenders, some missing trim, and the motor was totally frozen. The car had only 33,000 miles and no rust (apart from the accident damage.)That was all the reason I needed to build a hot motor, and rebuild my first of three transmissions. Different cars mind you! I also replaced the gas tank with a Fuel injected yugo tank. Good for an increase of 3.4 gallons. The car is now my idea of a perfect street car.
