Bought for $NZ800, this car was totally standard and very tidy. However, it lived outside - not good! Car was used for all sorts of events and provided tremendous fun until replaced with an X1/9. The little 1100, despite 75,000 miles, was bulletproof. I used 8000 revs as my "race" redline, and at the event pictured, a bump knocked it out of gear under full gas, and the revs went up to about 9-9500 with NO ill effects at all! In this particular event I even beat my brother's Lancia Integrale! I wish I'd kept it (sob).
