Chassis and Body

The first phase of the project involves stripping the chassis in preparation for race modifications

With stock fuel tank removed, a fuel cell frame was fabricated from aluminum to fit the original location. In the final configuration, the fuel cell was lowered to improve center of gravity(CG).

"CSA Stradale" style cutouts were fashioned in the lower front nacelle for brake ducting and engine oil cooling.
Hood hinges modified for "quick-release".

With the windshield removed, a Lexan windscreen was fabricated using an aluminum base riveted to the stock windshield channel.
Hood pins installed.
