Re: '75 spider

Hey, that's great to hear, that you're hanging onto it for a while. Hell, with all you've done to the car why sell it on the cheap, and in the Springtime ?! :( The gasket replacement is a PITA, there's probably a tech note in the library, you may need to drop the oil pump into the oil pan to get the...

Re: '75 spider

The would be the 1800cc engine it has Jeff? BTW I understand what you're saying, but there are a bunch of us "60-something" codgers out here that still manage to crawl under the cars :D . The reward is in driving it with the top down through the twisties when all the work has been done. But if that ...

Re: '75 spider

That's a nice clean looking spider that has had a lot of TLC... seems like a low price to me. I would be surprised if it's still for sale.

Sorry to hear it's not going to be your hobby car any longer

Re: Need Computer Help (SFC)

JIm, it may be something in Internet Explorer that's causing you grief.
I would try Chrome, and see if the problem persists. Chrome is a much more modern browser platform.

You can download it here:

"Fireball" survivor article posted to Racers Forum

Pretty amazing story from a race driver whose Miata exploded. "How fast can you get out of your car while blindfolded and holding your breath?" makes you think hard... Posted to the Racer's forum, but it's something for all of us to think about... https://grassrootsmotorsports.com/articles/how-i-bec...

Re: Swap engine from 2.0cc to 1.6cc

I agree with Joe. The engine runs well enough that there cannot be a big problem with the way it is set up. Re: Re-thinking Carb linkage for DFEV install

Thank you gents! Great to see these helpful responses from so many folks who've been
here for so many years- "the "A-Team"!

I will send a picture when the work is finished.

Cheers!
