And they use melamine impregnated tubing from China! Seriously, this cheap. The only problem is getting Russia Post to deliver. I ordered something from them 2 months ago and am still waiting for it to be released from customs.

Hello guys,
if you have some questions regarding our products, I'd happily respond.
Funny, it took you a month to respond to a payment and a subsequent email I sent inquiring about my order. Then after you supposedly shipped it, two more months, and I still have not received it. To pour more salt onto the wounds, you are not responding to my emails about a refund. NOT RECOMMENDED, 0 Stars, No Likee etc.
Hello Sir,
I have checked and I can't see any messages to email/facebook/livechat on the website/instagram from you, only notification about the case opened in paypal.
According to the tracking number, the item is lost in transit. I can also see that paypal case you opened is on hold for a very long time. Last time I spoken to PayPal they told me it may take up to 75 days to investigate the case. Probably you have some information hy it takes so long? I'd happily refund you if I could as I do realise item is lost but at the moment there is even no such a button available.
Once again, I'm very sorry you did not receive your order but it sometimes happens - sending by regular might cause loss of a parcels but once again, I see no requests from you prior to openning a case otherwise the matter have been resolved already with a refund or sending another panhard rod. We have sent you a shipment notification with tracking number, have you seen it? http://skrinshoter.ru/s/051119/hXhwUFou - please have a look.
I'm glad that accedently I met you here on this forum.
