Engine lifting bracket

Post by bnam2 » Sat Apr 14, 2018 10:14 am

IIRC, my 80 and 81 SPiders had one or 2 of these brackets (I don't recollect exactly). I could use a couple for the 1608 in my 66 Cabrio.

Thanks!

If you are talking about the bracket that attaches to the front of the intake cam box, I don't think that will work on a 1608. The brackets require longer cam box bolts and as I recall the 1608 uses studs and are not long enough.
