Il Giro di Phoenix
Il Giro di Phoenix
It's that time of year ago for this annual event. Go to Phoenix sister city website to register. John and I did a different format last year that involved a drive to the country rather than the usual scavenge hunt. Will do something similar this year. Since this is the only "official" fiat event, it would be great to see a good turnout.
Re: Il Giro di Phoenix
Forgot the date: Sat. Jan 26. 8am start. I assume at the usual Central Ave. location
Re: Il Giro di Phoenix
Darn... I'll be in Phoenix until the 22nd. Make sure you post pics!

What, no one out here interested in this?
This is pretty much the only organized event in the valley each year.
What Russ did last year was a blast.

Re: Il Giro di Phoenix
Once again, John and I went rogue and headed off on our own. We tried to tempt others to follow suit but none bought in. Turned out to be a nice warm day for the drive to Saguaro lake.

What's that spoiler on the Blue and Black Fiat.....I really like that.
Re: Il Giro di Phoenix
The spoiler is a one-off of my own design. the original one I made was for my 70 and it didn't have the cut-out in the middle. I modified it to push air into the underbumper grill. The car also has one-off rockers and rear quarter rockers. Not just for looks....they actually work.
