Fel-Pro heavy duty head gasket thickness

Post by fastfiat81 » Thu Jun 07, 2018 2:59 pm

Can someone tell me the thickness of an uncompressed Fel-Pro gasket?

I never did write that number down in my notes. I know the compressed thickness ranges .055 to .058 thousands.

Thanks Jim!

So it doesn't compress as much as I thought it would. But all good in the end.

Yes, it hardly compresses at all.
