38 DGAS $100

Post by friedman » Fri Jun 22, 2018 9:31 am

I'm never going to use it, I don't even remember where I got it. A little incomplete but nothing that can't be found, no choke, main jets missing, nut on end of throttle shaft missing. As seen in the pics, the inside looks like it has never had gas in it but I have no idea on the history of this carb, hence the give away price.

$100 plus shipping.

--It's a dandy of a carburetor. I think the chokes are only 27mm(?), but the 38 DGAS still seems to achieve a high flow rate. Usually best with some engine upgrades.

Carl is an idiot because he didn't even realize he had this carb, only found it by chance while rummaging around his DFV carb bodies.
