AS Spider

Here is a clearly mislabeled early spider. It is tempting but too many projects here. I have no connection, just ran across it.

I think the bumpers alone are worth the asking price. I didn't know Fiat made an automatic spider back then and who cares if it has a "rebuilt" title. Wrong coast....as usual.

I can see the conversation..."honey, I would sell it but I don't know anything about computers and how to write ads. That's OK dear, I know all about that stuff, our daughter taught me, and I'll be happy to list it for you. What kind of transmission did you say it had?"

I'm not embarrassed to tell you folks I used to get my kids to make my Craigslist ads for me but I put on my big boy pants and can do it all myself now.

Ha! I've only recently weened my father off to running his own online sales after years of running his ads. I gave up on craigslist for him and introduced him to facebooks marketplace. He's finally getting rid of stuff himself!

I don't do facebook, too afraid the Russians are running fake posts about old and new Fiats.

I don't think she chose automatic transmission, I think that's a CL default entry- the shift knob looks like a manual (5 speed?)
by the listing, it's a FWD fiat 500 too; at least they got the convertible part right!

This would be a good parts car, a lot of disassembly work is already done, just a tad far for me.
