Old Mirafiori posts

Post by sams » Sun Aug 12, 2018 1:31 am

I was just searching Ebay and found a listing for a Spider that has all the markings of the infamous Mike Lopsonski aka "Ebay Mike" aka Allentownbrown aka jenny1234 aka aquatide aka pebblegreens. I was going to pull up one of the old posts and reply to it, but couldn't find any. There was a post on the "other" forum that listed links to several old mira posts that do not look to have been migrated (or at least I can't find them). Are they lost for good (which would be a shame)?

Damn...... hearing those handles takes me back. I bet if someone combed through those early postings from the late 90's one could come up with an entertaining "Best of" collection. Actually, some could probably be called the "Worst of". Posts like this remind me how long this forum has been around and how much older I've gotten since getting my 1st Fiat in 1996 and discovering this great resource! Ugh....! The little blond peanut in the drivers seat of my profile picture is now a junior in college! :-)

About 252,000 posts migrated. Some didn't. It would not have had pictures anyway - the old Mirafiori forum was text only.
