I bet Andy would but I think he’s heading to Oz

First warning though: “at a dealer”

Notice that Bernie didn't say what kind of car he is looking at. He already has a stunning spider.

"Stunning" is too strong a word; 3+ is probably more accurate, but thanks.
The vehicle in question is a 2012 Jaguar XJ.
No action thus far.
I'm thinking of trying one of the "for hire" PPI companies. I recently spent an unsuccessful, grueling 23 hours traveling to buy a similar car that was Not As Advertised, to say the least.

It's a Jaguar, so I would recommend having a local mechanic who specializes in the marque inspecting it.
I also recommend finding a well kept 95-97 example as it is much easier to work around the sturdy straight six than the sometimes problematic V8.
Mechanic inspection can also give you a heads up in things to plan for fixing down the road if you do buy it.

Bernie’s on a fiat forum
It was therefore inferred

Inferring often leads to wrong conclusions.

Bernie, I grew up with my dad's infatuation with Jags....so I cringe whenever someone is looking for a Jag. But I hope you find one in good order.

Inferring often leads to wrong conclusions.
In this case it led to that exact thing.

I haven't had this much fun with words since I was a Patent Examiner.

Probably 25% of responses to posts here are off in left field because the respondent didn't read what was actually asked.

Brad brings out the best in me....and that is not easy to do since my best is mediocre at best.

I need a break.
