Display time as:
From the pull-down menu select either 12 hour clock or 24 hour clock. Depending on which option you select the time will be displayed either in 12 or 24 hour format.
Display date as:
From the pull-down menu select the format in which you wish to have dates displayed. Dates may be displayed in one of the following three formats: mm/dd/yyyy, dd/mm/yyyy, or yyyy/mm/dd.
Log file date format:
From the pull-down menu select the date format for your log files. This option is only used when analyzing Microsoft IIS log files in the IIS standard/extended log file format. You may choose from the following options: mm/dd/yy, dd/mm/yy, or yy/mm/dd.
Character set:
From the pull-down menu select the character set that corresponds to your locale as well as to the log files that you are importing into NetTracker. The available choices are Central European (ISO-8859-2), Japanese (Shift_JIS), Traditional Chinese (Big5), User-Defined, and Western (ISO-8859-1). In most cases you should NOT make any changes from the default value.
To save the options that you have changed, click on the Save Options button. To clear the options and reset them to their previous settings, click on the Reset Options button.
